I consider QA Crowd Source testing community to be the best thing that happened in my testing career. I had started getting bored
of my work. When I came to know of this, I was skeptical at first. I registered as a tester and was third in the first contest
that I raised bugs in. It gave motivation to work on more projects. Also, got to connect to the large testing community. Working on
their projects made me realize the importance of raising critical bugs first. This reflected on my office work as well.
One of the best way to exploit ones talent even more than an average tester would normally be able to do is trying 'Crowdsourced testing'.
The business should not ignore the flexibility provided and the quality of the work!
The best thing about 'Crowd Source Testing' is not knowing what we'll be testing next and that will actually help the companies
improve their products!! It is indeed the best place to excel your career with a bang as a quality assurance employee. It actually helps
in gaining experience and knowledge about all domains involved!
Something that I am actually looking to move in my career is 'Crowd Source Testing' which would help me gain experience in real world testing.
One Advice to everybody is if anyone want to excel in his/her testing field then come to 'Crowd Sourcing Testing'.
